Our Google items crashed after Rogers updated our townhouse complex to their Ignite system. I was able to successfully reconnect all the speakers however, I could not make the doorbell or hub come back to life. Brandon called me and was able to talk me through the entire process very successfully. He was calm, patient, very professional. I know very little about these things, and he took his time and explained everything to me step-by-step. I could not have asked for better assistance. Congratulations and thank you Brandon
