This is by far one of the most unprofessional Reno companies Ive ever come across. They make all promises when they are coming to take your project and they collect 100% of payment. Its been 9 months and 25% of the job hasnt been completed and we have to start paying our monthly payment to the finance company and all were getting is excuses in excuses. They came after one complaint was made to the BBB. They dug down the entrance for below grade and left it just like that. For the past 3 weeks nothing else was done, although there is work to be done on the inside. Calling the company makes no sense as theres always an excuse that managers are out in the field and not to call until they call you back. What sort of customer service is this.

I had Elite Appliance come in to fix my ice maker. The technician was able to resolve the issue quickly. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family. Thank you
