Green Side Up recently did a great job of tearing down our old fence and replacing it with a new one. Their pricing was fair and the guys who did the work were professional, did a great job on the construction of the new fence and cleaned up any debris after the work was done. We were pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We are not new to home renovations, having done our whole main floor last year. We really wish we had known about The Renovators of Canada then as our experience this time around has been so much better. From our initial consultations with Pina, through to the end of our project which was lead by Sean, it has been a pleasure working with these professionals. They have been careful to listen to what we want, confirming every detail throughout the whole project in an effort to ensure that the final product is exactly what we envisioned. We received online daily records with photos and received timely responses whenever we had a question or a comment of our own to post. Our renovation has come in on budget and on time. The workmanship was well done. When there was a small glitch (there was only one), it was rectified right away. In particular, the tiling, which was a main feature of our renovation, was done with care, precision and an artist's eye -- our thanks to Luiz for doing such an excellent job! All the people who worked in our home treated it with respect and care -- the job site was always clean at the end of the day and when the job was finished, you would never have known we had just gone through a renovation (other than the fact that our bathroom has been beautifully transformed!) I wouldn't hesitate to call TROC again (and probably will) nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others. Our thanks again to Dennis and his whole team for such a positive experience!

Ludwig Paving replaced our driveway (asphalt) and front walkway/stairs (English cobblestone pavers). The front of our house now looks great from the street, but more importantly, it's easy to see the attention to detail and quality work that was done when you have closer look. Levelling our driveway was not an easy task as we have an issue with tree roots - Joe and his team didn't hesitate to use as much fill and asphalt as was required to make things level and ensure our driveway (which was quite sunken) was even with the edge of our garage floor. The pavers used in our front walkway were beautifully positioned and care was taken with the finishing details (i.e. working around a support post; curvature of the walkway; quality and placement of the edging; levelling the stairs and path; ensuring appropriate slopes for water runoff etc.). The front of our house was left clean after construction -- no garbage left behind. Both Joe and his administrative team were very responsive to any messages we left or concerns we expressed during the planning. Joe listened to what we wanted and followed through with our requests. After the job was done, Joe sent us pictures of the work in progress, highlighting what was done and why. These helped confirm what our overall impression already was -- that we received high-quality work that will stand the test of time. Ludwig's pricing might not be the cheapest quote you will receive (although it certainly won't be the most expensive one either) but the old saying "you get what you pay for" is absolutely true. We've already called Joe and asked him to come by and provide us with an estimate for our side path and patio for next Spring. Many thanks for a job well done!
