I am a huge fan of HomeStars so when it was time to get my house waterproofed, I went on a search. As per usual, I contacted 3 companies. I realize that some jobs are small but in my eyes, there are no small jobs, just small-minded companies. The minute Nick came over to provide me with a quote, I knew that I was going to go with AquaTech. He was honest, direct and made no attempt to up-sell. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't afraid to get dirty and drag himself under my deck. He was a hands on person. The professional workmanship was outstanding. My garage door would not close whenever it rained or would get cold. I called Open Sesame and he asked what the issue was and took me step by step to fix the issue without having to pay a service call. Problem was fixed and free of charge. How many companies would do that? I highly recommend Open Sesame and will call them again should I need work on my garage door. Thank you, Open Sesame!

As you can see, I had several jobs that needed doing on my house. I contacted 3 companies and Red Robin was the only company that a) responded immediately b) arrived on time for the estimate c) delivered the estimate electronically as promised d) were available/prompt with responding to ALL questions e) all work was done efficiently and done when promised f) the workmen were respectful and did a great job g) cleaned up at the end of each day h) no surprises with the pricing - paid what was given in the estimate. Outstanding customer service started from the initial contact until the end of the project. Would I hire them again? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you, Red Robin!
