Contracted with Zumn for comprehensive condo renovation (kitchen, floors, bathrooms (full and half), paint, ceiling popcorn removal). All smiles and helpful and eager and quick call-back/email-reply UNTIL they received the initial payment (over $30,000). Then they basically disappeared. Which, in hind-sight, was a small price to pay, given the horror stories (endless delays once demo part of job over, seriously sloppy work when any is done) others have posted about this renovation company. Recovered half of payment via small claims.

Near flawless project. Great communication and responsiveness. No surprises. 100% recommend Edgecliff. Project included gut-and-reno main floor (including kitchen, floors, ceilings, paint), gut-and-reno full bath, all floors, doors, trim, paint and more.
