I got my quotes from 7 different manufacturers and Consumer Direct was the 8th and last one. As soon as we met Kristian (the salesperson), we put away all the other quotes and decided to deal with him. He really impressed us with his knowledge, confidence, and honesty (How did I find that? Because we had met 7 different representatives before him) Even after signing the contract, we changed our design and decision a couple of times and every time he helped us like a friend, with no hesitation or questioning. The windows got ready according to the schedule and the installation team was more than greatskilled, experienced, and friendly guys. Sina was the leader, He was working looked like he was working in one of his close friends ' house. So impressive. In the end, it may be cost us a little bit higher than other manufacturers, but I highly believe that it was worth it. Hopefully, the windows' quality be fine like the other provided services which time will show but I am optimistic because while all the provided services from a manufacturer are great (sales, customer service, and installation) then I can say the production quality will be fine as well (fingers crossed)
