Already this season my daughter and dog got a bit a tick (thankfully negative for lyme).... and have lots of mosquitos in my backyard. Was referred to Quantum and they came out within 5 days and sprayed my property. It has been 5 days and so far AMAZING. Been outside everyday and no mosquitos. Family is so happy and been enjoying outside even more. Paul was great. Explained everything and again can argue with the results. Most likely we will re-spray again in July. Summer is too short to fight and worry about mosquitos and ticks! Def recommend Paul!

So far so good with the Darla and the team. She came out to give me a quote. Was fair. Gave them the go-ahead, but ran out of time in the year (oct). So she booked me first thing in the spring. Really liked her approach, recommendation to transform my plain front yard to something we can be proud of. I will come back on here and update.

Hired them to install a new roof (take off the old shingles). Had lots of questions, specifically around the solar panels on my rook (Solar Ontario) and their warranty. They advised on issues (even gave me an email confirmation). Project got delayed a by a few weeks, but at least i got prior warning. Install went smoothly (over 2 days) and the crew was awesome. They put up with me being around and asking a bunch of question. They came back after my solar panels were re-installed to inspect the work done by Solar Ontario (just in case any issues). Def would recommend them.

They are the original installers of my solar panels (that heat my pool). Did a great job taking down and re-installing the solar panels. Had to remove because had my roof redone. Even had the roofers come back to inspect the install (to ensure no impact to the roof warranty) and they advised the did the install the "best" way possible. Also love the fact i can heat my pool at very little cost! awesome service and product.

2nd time i have hired Riley's for some tree cutting services. I had a large spruce tree that started to tip over due to the weather. Called him on Tuesday, gave me a quote on Wed and had the team come out on (Good) Friday (holiday) to complete the job. Just like the 1st time, very impressed (have hired other tree services before, but none like Mark and his crew). Came on time, did the job without issues, and cleaned-up (like they were never there). Would def rec and of course hire them again.

After a long search for an electrician, I finally decided on Tony. Of the many that I did interview, many where great to chat with but Tony stood above. He took the time to explain things to me and presented with options. Many other just said yes yes yes. Also appreciated the fact her got his work reviewed by a 3rd party. Also was comfortable in the fact he teaches at Sheridan college.

Was very impressed with their work and service. I would def hire them again (hope I don’t, because then it means my trees have died) and refer them to anyone looking for tree services. I actually hired them after I had another tree guy walk off the job, wanted more money and demanded I do some prep work for them (neither of which was expected). I have used another tree service company in the past and also liked their service. But after using Riley, I wished I had used them the first time. The crew was a lot more experienced and efficient. Was also impressed with the fact they OWNED all the proper tools and equipment (many tree service people do not, thus leading to various issues I had experienced). Also appreciated how they handled an unexpected hiccup and they still completed within budget, time and scope of work….and as a bonus, they provided an extra service without asking (pruned my hedges).
