They didn't do and/or didn't properly document doing a required pressure test on the furnace and have no proof they did. Now my furnace has been effectively "red tagged" and can't be serviced by anyone until a test is done at a cost of $150 or more. They initially said they would do the test at no cost and then inexplicably changed their mind. They then said they would do test for $250 IF I bought their annual maintenance plan. Deal with people who do the right thing and stay away from these guys.

On a second visit Trevor corrected a problem even though we had no warranty. He was willing to go the extra mile to figure out what was wrong and put things right.
