I was home at the time they came to do the service, saw them pull up. I was doing some work in the backyard. 10 min later I go to my garage and saw a bill stuck to my front door claiming they did their work. I called the company immediately to report this problem, they said they will have the guy call us back. The dude called us back denying the entire thing. Then he claimed that because we received a bill, it does not mean that the job was done. After about 20 min on the phone he then admitted that he didn't do it because the weather was bad. So if you're not home when they arrive, there's a good chance they can scam you and just leave the bill when they really did nothing.
