We chose Mister Wood from Homestars and they did beautiful work on our unfinished oak stairs. Quite a bit of sanding and care needed to be taken as we had paint splatter and drips from a previous painter who didn't bother to cover the railings. Jeremy came by and picked up a sample of our maple floor and they matched the stain on the stairs wonderfully (I hear this can be tricky when dealing with different wood species). We're so pleased as the stairs are the first thing you see when you enter the house. Darlene & Jeremy are true experts and highly recommended. Thanks so much from Ken and Barbara.

I found McDonald Forestry on Homestars and they did IMPECCABLE work removing 2 large and tired spruce trees from the side of our driveway. One required a permit to remove which we acquired on our own through the city. Every communication with Steve and his team has been timely and pleasant and they are pros from start to finish. I will be keeping MCDonald Forestry in my contacts for future and highly recommend them.
