Knight replaced my tankless heater when I was in a pinch since my old one cracked and was leaking. Got the Navien NPE240A2 advanced model installed nice, neat, and on-time and for a decent price. Thank you to - the admin staff for calling me back the same day I submitted an online web quote request (other companies took 4 days to respond) - technicians/plumbers for being thorough and answering my questions for doing a great job installing. (Note: Homestars review requirements and pedantic terms of use made it made it rather inconvenient for me to post a review, and I almost didnt, but I was happy with my plumbing service so Im trying again to post my review. Homestars, can you please let my review get posted)
