Nikolay was amazing, quickly diagnosed the problems on his first visit, immediately ordered the broken part, and a few days later, replaced it just as efficiently on his second visit. He made sure everything was working, and even went out of his way and fixed a few minor unrelated problems on the washer and dryer. I would not hesitate to use Fix Appliances Ca again.
