All of a sudden I had HORRIBLE hot-water pressure in my kitchen sink, my en-suite bathroom sink, and bathtub upstairs. It would trickle out and take hours to get hot. I called around to plumbing companies who, after I explained the problem, didn't seem to want to help. The plumbing companies kept telling me it was a hot-water tank issue and to have it replaced. So I got my hot-water tank replaced. Now I had a brand new one. That should have fixed my problem, according to the plumbers I spoke to who were too lazy to come diagnose my problem on-site. Well, that didn't fix my problem. I spoke to a friend who had nothing but great things to say about Ryan so I decided to give him a call. Despite working in the Hamilton area, Ryan still didn't mind driving all the way out to Whitby to help. Ryan examined all the problem areas head-to-toe and diagnosed my problem. It appeared as though something was clogging the pipes under the sink and behind the walls. Ryan noticed that there was TONS of sediment and calcium built-up throughout my lines. So Ryan flushed the lines and vacuumed all the calcium out. Now everything works great! He even installed a new kitchen faucet that I had purchased, and didn't have time to install yet. Punctuality: Ryan responded to my call and was at my place that same week ready to help; and he arrived early. Quality: Like brand new! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple hours. Couldn't have asked for better service. A+++ Price: Ryan was very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers! Overall, I am very happy with Ryan's work. He was professional and thorough. He also answered my thousand questions with a smile! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I called Joe to inquire about his services. He was very professional and knowledgeable, advising me about what is included in the cost. There were no hidden fees and everything was included. Some companies charge extra for additional vents, bacterial cleaning, etc. Not with Dial One. Joe includes everything in his cost, which was a competitive price to other companies (if not cheaper!). Joe made time for me and within two days one of his workers, Wil, was at my door. Wil showed up 2 hours early! (which was fine by me, I was home anyways). Wil ran through everything with me, giving me step-by-step instructions as to what he will be doing. He was VERY informative and was not bothered when I asked questions. He took his time and didn't rush the job. Wil is the exact professional you want working on your house! Very pleased customer and will be referring friends/neighbours! Thanks for the great work!
