I don't know the words to describe my experience! A gas leak was repaired, and, then , the very thorough investigation led to an important discovery with regards to the water heater. The outcome was that CO was being vented into our home. The heater was so damaged, this company, led by Joel and his team , replaced the unit, they worked diligently , and even followed up in a timely fashion with electrical serviceman to ensure that it could be switched on and off. To top this off today, our crew paid another visit, and discovered that the new furnace we had in our home was leaking exhaust , described as a cracked feeder pipe, and resulting in us experiencing a return of the dizziness and nausea and headaches we had the first time around. Our gas was turned off again, and we are loving this! Fortunately, we did not have high levels of CO in our blood. This company is amazing, they save lives. The work is impeccable and I trust any opinion from their crew, any time.
