My neighbors informed me that my roof was missing some shingles. I made a request on Homestars Saturday, and was contacted by CK Roofing the same day. They again called the next day, which was a Sunday, and were able to send a team before 4pm. My roof was checked and repaired within an hour. Timely and professional job.

I attempted to fix a clogged sink, as well as a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. I soon realised I needed a professional, and left a voice message for Dave after 9:00PM. The following morning, I again telephoned Dave, and he assured me he would come by mid morning. Dave reviewed the issue on arrival, and commenced fixing the clogged drain. He also assisted with resolving two locations that were leaking, replaced the "U" pipe with one that allows access for easy clearing, repositioned and reinforced the pipes, and replaced a bracket he found to be poorly connected (and was an accident waiting to happen). I found Dave to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He also answered any questions I asked, and seemed quite honest in his responses. He had all the required parts, and was also able to make a part, based on his available parts. I would recommend Dave to my closest friends and relatives. Great job!!

I contacted Air Flex to request assistance with relocating my air conditioning unit that was loose from the wall where it was installed. On speaking with Lindon, we also discussed the efficiency of my furnace. When we were done, it was concluded that I could replace my unit with a newer, and more efficient unit, and also receive incentives for the replacement. He and I were back and forth discussing this issue throughout the day, and way into the evening hours. The next day, I confirmed with Lindon that I wished for the replacement furnace unit, and he scheduled a visit within the next two days. I found Lindon, Camille, and the technicians (Henry and Timur), that replaced my unit, to be very efficient, and highly professional. All my questions and concerns were responded to in a knowledgeable manner. No mess was left behind by the technicians, and they completed the replacement within 4 hours, instead of the previously advised 6 hours. I intend to contact Air Flex in the near future, to replace my air conditioning unit(which was the reason for my initial call to them), and would easily give them a 10 out of 10 for service. I highly recommend this company!
