New Carpet for Basement and Stairs
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
It was time to replace the carpet throughout our basement and we went to Livingston Carpets and Flooring. We met Bernie and Gary at the store and they gave us a number of samples to bring home. It took some time, and we were able to take home many samples, but we finally decided on a style. Then the holidays came and we delayed the install for a month or so which was fine with Bernie. The installers showed up on time and went straight to work. They took up all the old carpet and cut it up and put it to the curb for disposal. The installers were fast and our stairs and basement carpet looks fantastic. There were some carpet pieces left over and the staff had them bound for us to use as mats. Overall we are pleased with the value and friendly service!!
