Very respectful! I had previously called another company (ars) referred by LG and had a terrible experience. They then referred me to iCare and i definitely felt the difference! The technician they sent seemed to know what he was doing and told me my fridge is not repairable pretty quick whereas ars had to come in twice over the whole week and still didnt have an answer for me and needed to come a third time! Overall very satisfied and will contact icare foe future needs. Spoke to Bella initially and she was super sweet
