I hired then to change gas oven igniter. Technician replaced the igniter and 5 minutes later igniter blew up. It turned out that the provided cheap part that required connection to power supply. The technician used plastic connectors for the job. Connectors melted from oven heat and igniter blew up. Proper part comes as one piece and no need to connectors but is 100$ more expensive. Technician left to come back with more parts. When I contacted them to come back and replaced the igniter, they demanded up front payment. Everyone should concerned and careful when dealing with this company. Stay away
