As its my first time to hire a moving company, I had to do some research. I found Lets Get Moving online and seem to have good reviews. The call with them was very clear and efficient, I received a quote for an apartment to apartment move. I had to change my moving date a couple of times which was seamless esp. as its not peak season. They called before leaving their office and arrived within the time frame discussed. I found Rasoul and his colleague to be very efficient and I didnt feel as though they were taking their time to make more money. They were professional and communicate clearly. I would definitely consider them again should I need this service.

I decided to go with Tesso Construction as Sofia is a very clear communicator and had good reviews. From the beginning, the estimate provided was very clear and detailed. I was in a bit of a tight situation as I was leaving the county for 3 weeks but had to set-up the strata requirements, purchase supplies, etc. prior my departure. If you can imagine, it was a bit stressful but I felt that the project was in good hands. We had an unanticipated hiccup from an incorrect underlayment (my oversight) which pushed the work a week later. Sofia was flexible and was able to accommodate this change. Once they started to put laminates down, there was another hiccup that meant returning/replacing the laminates and pushed the work to another day. Sofia was quick to bring the laminates back to the vendor while staying in touch with me while I was in Asia. She helped resolve and decide to move forward with replacement laminates. Sofia is very professional and I truly appreciate how clearly she communicates and her flexibility esp. when issues arose. I'm happy with the results and I would contact her again should I need similar work done. I would definitely endorse her company to others looking for a professional contractor.
