Fence Install - Horrible Customer Service and poor ethics
A contract was signed to install a fence in June 2023 and 50% deposit paid. After repeated delays the fence was never installed in 2023. The company was very poor in communicating with its customers in providing status updates. When contacted in April 2024, Pro-fence informed the client that the installation has been scheduled for May 4, 2023. No show of crew on May 4, and no status update.
