An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Robert, The entire process from the time that Harry came to the house to the quote, sketches, your assistance coordinating installation and the actual big install date was seamless and went without a hitch! We can only attribute this success to the wonderful team work that you all bring to your jobs day in and day out. We are thrilled with our new closet system and the carpentry was above and beyond our expectations. You will be highly recommended to our friends and anyone who might be looking for a reference! Having a live person on the end of the phone was also quite refreshing and you certainly gave it the personal touch that makes a customer feel important no matter what the question. Your timelines from start to finish of the project were well within reason and there were no hidden additional delays or costs to surprise us. Congratulations to you all on such a great job! Connie
