First time using this company for my home. We had been using a different plumbing company that had recently sold the business. We had a clogged sewer line while doing laundry. I called them to schedule service all. They were able to schedule a 12-1 pm arrival or sooner. Later I received a missed call and the office said they can come over now. Technicians arrived and found tree roots clogging the sewer line at the sidewalk vent. They were able to clear the stoppage but were unable to snake toward the house due to the roots. I see a sewer line replacement shortly.
