Along with many of our neighbours we experienced sewer backup and basement flooding as s result of a major rainstorm in July 2012. Bill, the owner of The Drain Man and his crews were already assisting other homeowners on our street when I asked him about installing a backflow preventer in our sewer line but he promptly came over and gave us an assessment. He also recommended a sump pump because we had an exterior drain outside our basement door that needed to be disconnected from our drain system. Bill's crew was very helpful and knowledgeable and Bill also assisted in preparing the paperwork for the city rebate.
