We had a very unique job for Ryan and the team. We converted our garage into a certified kitchen to prepare and serve food. I dont mean we polished the concrete and put in a couple of appliances, we sealed off one of the garage doors, put in a floor over the concrete and installed a split ductless heat pump for temperature control. The twists and turns this project took from the start were amazing. The permitting process and COVID supply issues extended the timeline and increased the costs, but Ryan was resilient. He could have walked away at any point, but did not. We are using the kitchen today and are really happy with it, so the actual construction was a 10/10, but thats not the part I liked most about dealing with Ryan. The part I liked most is that he was always thinking about different ways to tackle challenges and presented us with options and recommendations. We couldnt be happier with the work and would bring his team back in a heartbeat if we needed anything else.
