When our family pursued a home renovation, Reiner (the Reno Coach) provided consultation services. Since our family was not familiar with all the requirements and regulations associated with a renovation, Reiner provided much needed business counsel and advice. For example, Reiner provided direction on how to effectively navigate the permit process. In addition, Reiner leveraged his vast network to provide options on sourcing the appropriate contractors, designers, and specialists. Reiner also provided helpful advice on appropriate venting, ductwork, and heating / cooling options. He consistently kept an eye on the cost and scheduling to ensure that the overall project remained within budget and was completed within a reasonable time. Roxy helped facilitate our home renovation for the interior design department. She played an extensive role, as she led the overall design, mapped the new interior layouts and electrical layouts.
