Beware of this company. On Sept 23rd when their tech visited I received an invoice which showed the cost of the part and labour for fixing my oven would be $582.00 I paid 50% of the total, and was advised that the part would be ordered and he would be back next week. I called them on Sept 29th since I had not receiving any updates, and was told that the part was not ordered, and that I would have to pay for it in advance, which was different from what I was previously told. I was advised that the $290 I paid was only for the tech's visit, which is at odds with the $80 that is disclosed when making the appointment.
