Last night I put out a request through Home Stars regarding the shut-off valves iny basement and the removal of 22 year old garden hose in my garage. The customer service rep responded through Home Stars and then contacted me via cell phone. The technician Michael arrived within 20 minutes after receiving a phone call from Kathleen. He was polite and professional and did answer all of my questions. I was not charged for the inspection. He successfully removed the old garden hose and added a high quality bib to the tap. He explained what he was going to do and then showed me the completed work for my final inspection. The charge was quite reasonable for the replacement bib and his labour. I appreciated the fact that Michael did inform me that the shut off valve to my outdoor tap may need to be replaced in the next couple of years. He told me that he was going to send me information regarding the cost of the new part. In conclusion, I did like the fact that the customer representative Kathleen was quick to respond to my phone calls and concerns about the job. I would recommend Drain King Plumbers to do any type of plumbing job you may require for a reasonable charge. Good customer service is very hard to find these days. I placed a request via HOME STARS on a Saturday afternoon and a few minutes later, Navee responded to my request of a major cleanup of my backyard. He was very courteous and took the time to listen to my list of wants to improve the aesthetics of my backyard. From the initial phone call, I could sense his sincerity and his willingness to fulfill the project to my satisfaction. He came to the house on a Monday morning and spent over a half an hour observing my backyard landscape with a keen eye and great suggestions. He understood that I wanted to declutter the backyard space of several items such as an old and weathered patio set, a big patio table two large compost containers that werent in use and big storage containers containing various decorations and kindling for a barbecue that has been disposed of earlier in the summer. The communication with him via phone, text and email was exceptional. It was very apparent that Navee strives to please the client and fulfill the vision of whatever work youd like him to do. The fact that he was asked to remove these various, heavy items from the backyard of my townhouse showed his professionalism and his excellent work ethic in dealing with this awkward home setting. He and his employee Mike made it work to my amazement. He and his employee arrived after 11 am and worked the whole day to around 8 pm that evening to ensure that all the work was completed with great care and excellent workmanship. I was very impressed. The quote he gave me on this backyard project was fair and detailed. He was patient and open when I had asked him several pertinent questions regarding the project. Gardening isnt a strength of mine. That is why Navee kindly agreed to create a design plan of the backyard with suggested plants that would fit perfectly in my new setting. He is very knowledgeable and takes great pride when the project has been completed. I highly recommend Navee and Highland Creek Contracting to do whatever landscaping project you have in mind. You definitely wont regret your decision to hire him to do the work.
