I reached out to a few different vendors and Orca Flooring came out to be one of the cheaper options. I had a flood in my unit and I needed my floorboards replaced. Allen did a site visit first to assess the cost and work. Since this was a condo, he asked I book an elevator in the morning and afternoon, and mentioned he can only work between 8am to 5pm. Right away I know he likes to do things by the book (doesn't cut corners) He did forget to caulk some of the gaps but came the following day to fix it. Overall I was very satisfied with their work and they will be my go to if i need new flooring done / replaced.
