We had water damage to our condo townhouse which required us to rip up our old flooring. We were going to try to replace it ourselves but I contacted a few flooring companies for quotes to see if it would be worthwhile having a professional service complete the job. I am so glad that I found Orca flooring as the back office team was fantastic to work with, from extremely quick replies to a thorough breakdown of the process it was comforting to know our project was in good hands. Allen and his crew onsite were quick, efficient, and very nice throughout the entire 10 hour work day they put in (while it was 30 degrees celsius). Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their flooring.

Had my 650 Sq ft apartment done in the vinyl flooring and had the baseboards replaced. Super happy with the final product. Allen the installer was there from the beginning (the estimate, pre work consult , the actual installation and the follow up) He was professional, straightforward, reliable and ultimately did a fantastic job with the installation. Vivian who was in charge of the administration was great as well. Always quick to pick up on the other line to answer any questions and concerns. Highly recommended for price and quality.
