A wind storm destroyed part of the shingles and we wanted to get a few quotes before proceeding with the work. A Clark sent someone out and he brought along samples, explained the whole job, gave suggestions and in the end provided a wonderful folder with the quote and product brochures. This was very professional and I was not made to feel like the "dumb lady" but my questions and concerns were addressed in a very nice way.

Came home after work on a Friday night to a burst hot wter tank. Called for a few estimates and Pete was the most genuinely concerned that we needed a replacement tank asap. The installer came on a Sunday morning to do the work and he made sure that every thing was very clean before he left. I was very impressed with their service.
