An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
They were quite personable on the phone and quite patient as well. I asked them a lot of questions that I later found out they already answered on their website, oops. All I needed done was just painting the main floor and hallway with a lots of details and new mill-working and wainscotting's that we did a few months ago. the worst part is that I have a wife who is never happy with anything and try to find something to complain about. she rambled on to the poor guys about some ridiculous designs she want. The employee said he can get it done and that he did. I never thought I’d see her NOT complain about anything. It’s been a week and they’re all smiles. My hat’s off, thanks guys.
