I hired Alliance to install carpet for my second floor, as well as a runner for the stairs. Susan was extremely helpful during the selection process and was very patient in following up with all my questions. After the carpet was installed, I wasn't completely satisfied with how it looked (the pattern was off). I initially thought it was an installation error, so a few months later, I contacted Alliance to complain. Lehel responded immediately and came over the next day to inspect the issue. I was impressed - even though I had let quite a few months pass by before I contacted Alliance (I got really busy), Lehel still treated my complaint with utmost concern and a sense of urgency, even though this project was already fully paid for and completed many months ago. It turned out to be a manufacturing defect, and he took care of the re-ordering and re-installation process from beginning to end. It is obvious that Alliance truly cares about their customer's satisfaction. They could have easily brushed off my concerns and given me a hard time because so many months had passed, but they didn't. Now I have a newly replaced carpet and runner that look wonderful. We hired Robbie on multiple occasions over the past year for various projects around the house. Each time we have been highly satisfied with the top quality and professionalism of his work.
