The guys were thorough, well equipped and friendly. They took time to explain what they were doing and showed pictures of what the ducts looked like before hand. I got them based on reviews here and they lived up.
Steve came on time and did a very thorough job of inspecting the house we are looking to purchase. The prioritizing of issues and the depth and clarity of the report were excellent. This information will be very helpful to us in the near term and for later on as well. The infrared gun is a must have - we found a water leak we would not likely have noticed otherwise, and which the seller will now be dealing with. Highly recommended.
