We purchased a G3 Classic Valor fireplace. From the awesome in-store service we received from "Miriam" to the EXCELLENT Professional customer service from "Karen". We are so overwhelmed and pleased with our new fireplace. Nicole (Accounting) always quick to respond to any of my requests. Kyle and Connor were also VERY professional with the installation , quick and clean to remove our Cast Iron insert. Not to mention how patient they were with me while explaining how the fireplace worked with the remote. Karen is always quick to respond to any of my questions and always answered them in a timely manor. Which is very much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and location to ANYONE.
