Dan, rebuilt our chimney approx 4-5 courses from the top. Included a new cap and crown. Flue liner was arranged as necessary. Fire caulking between masonry crown and flue liner. New caulking around existing flashing as required. Dan also tuck pointed the remaining mortar joints from roofline up. Dan also re tucked the bases for the posts of the garage doors. Dan was here first thing in the morning and has done a excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone who requires any work done to there chimney.
