Truly outstanding quality work and excellent customer service!! Jason talked us through each phase of our roof repair so we knew exactly what was being done and why. His amazing team worked efficiently and neatly which was no small feat considering the demolition part of our roof was extensive. We had a skylight installed and a bathroom ceiling fan as well. The quality of the finishing work around each fixture was impeccable with a fine attention to detail showing through. I would not hesitate to recommend Canadian Roofing Company as Jason and his team were the most knowledgeable and professional company I had encountered out of the multitudes of meetings and quotes I got from other companies. This is the second time we have used Drainworks for repairs in our home and I would not hesitate to use them again. From our first point of contact on the phone to the last technician to leave the house they were professional, courteous, friendly and answered any questions that we had regarding the work. They explained in detail everything that needed to be done and why and gave us advice on things that will be needed to be done in the future with estimated costs so we can be better prepared. The dispatcher gave us a courtesy call to let us know when they were leaving so we wouldn't have to wait or guess when they were going to show up as well which was appreciated. They arrived on time and told us exactly what work was going to be done and why. The work was done quickly and efficiently with absolutely no damage or mess to any part of the house. I was very impressed with George Phronimadis. He returned my calls promptly, showed up on time, was efficient and professional while installing a gas hook up for our kitchen range. George also took his time to patiently explain everything that i would need to know in terms of maintenance and care after the installation was complete. I would not hesitate to book him again!
