I recently had my basement completed by Heptagon. From the day that Saif came to see the job, giving the quotation to the last walk through along with his estimation and time lines we have been very pleased with his work. The professionals he had coming in to complete each part of the job such as the framing, dry walling, flooring, painting to having to get the items needed to complete areas like the bathroom and the laundry area, he was courteous, professional along with everyone that came in to do their part of the job. They were respectful of covid protocols and I actually commended him for working with a multi cultural group of workers who appeared to be the best in each area of the job as their work spoke for itself when they completed their part. Saif was the only person we communicated with. The job that Heptagon has completed exceeded our expectations along with Saif’s way of managing the project. He ensured that at every step of the project, we were advised of what was going on and if there were any issues that arose and how he planned on addressing it. He continued to ask if we were happy with how the job was progressing.
I have recommended him to many of my friends, neighbors and colleagues and wanted to let everyone on here know as well. He now has us thinking about getting other parts of our home updated as our basement looks like the future while the rest of our home appears to be from the 90s.
