I needed a water main changed and Vasyl and co. were able to help! They excavated my basement and completely the work promptly and professionally. They were clearly willing to go above and beyond to get the job done well even in the face of unexpected complications. Would recommend them to anyone.

Discovered water in my dads basement. Contacted Vasyl as he did the repairs at my home a few years ago and I was very satisfied. I opened the home to them and let them do their thing. They waterproofed the block and added an interior weeping tile and sump pump. Once again they were efficient and precise. Left the work area spotless and treated the home with utmost respect and detail. These guys are amazing. They will not disappoint. From clarityinh the scope of work right down to completion they are 100% professional and detailed.

The catch basin we had was not draining on a rental property, so Vasyl cleared it out and after scoping the issue, he found the drain line near the basin had collapsed. He worked with me to provided a reasonable, workable budget to replace the catch basin and connect it to the rest of drain that was free and clear. I am very appreciative for his honesty, cost savings methods and reliability, I plan to use him in future for installing backup sump pumps etc.

I had tree roots blocking the main drain and reversing drainage. Over the phone itself Vasyl clearly understood the problem compared to other contractors I talked.

He did a camera inspection and provided no obligation quote. It was old clay pipe and he recommended to replace with new pvc pipe for affected 20 foot. He had taken care of everything including City approval, inspection and work was done very well. The ares was tidy and clean after the work.

Water leak in several areas of my basement . This was an upsetting situation as the basement was in the midst of renovations . Vasyl/ Dry Max responded quickly , took time to assess the situation, explained in detail what the possibilities were to correct the problem . Luckily my contractor was available at the time and agreed fully with the plan .
DryMax crew came the next day ; Vasyl came at the same time , made introductions, left and returned after the work had been done . A sump pump was installed as was my choice in a possible 2 part plan , the area was protected well with plastic , the work was totally neat and clean with obvious care to attention . The pump worked perfectly and all the areas were dry in a couple of days . I was very relieved that this solved the problem . My contractor was very pleased with the job done .
I will definitely use DRY MAX again if I have any further problems .

Vasyl did a great job fixing a basement wall crack. He was very honest and very professional all throughout the process. He even added underground drain just below the crack that he fixed for that extra peace of mind in case water starts leaking back in the long-term future. Its pretty much a permanent solution he provided. He thoroughly cleans up, which I truly appreciate.
