What a great experience, I really appreciated the responsive and great service! Booking a plumber with Drainworks was so easy and organized, and the plumber arrived right on time and was so clear, professional and good at his work. Once I had outlined the three issues I was experiencing (outdoor faucet leak, loose sink faucet and water pressure issue), he set to work looking into possible solutions and then explained the options to me really clearly. He really knew his stuff and sorted out the ancient pipes in my 150-yr old Toronto house. He also experimented with some solutions to the water pressure issue, and unexpectedly was also able to resolve that for me same day too! Finally, he left me with some great instructions and info about how to take good care of my outdoor water faucet in the future, and left me with a very neat and tidy basement and water shutoff area. He also recommended some next steps if I want to proactively address a couple of other issues he noticed. A great experience from top to bottom, and Ill look forward to working with the team again.

George came in to cap my kitchen stove gas line so that I could install a new electric range - he was super friendly, quick to reply, easy to work with and professional. He came on time, explained the options, did the job and followed up promptly with billing - you really couldn't ask for a better service. I'd definitely recommend, and more importantly would 100% call Gas Guys again for help! Don't hesitate to work with George and the Gas Guys, they are great!
