An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I would just like to take a minute to thank you and the RCC team that came to do our waterproofing here at the house. From the initial call to RCC to your visit to inspect the site and sum up the task at hand. All forms of communication up to the day the guys arrived to start the job, the care that they took in working as cleanly as this type of a job allows. To putting up with our 2 crazy dogs that went sniffing to see what was going on down stairs. The execution of the job and the incite that they shared with me. The clean up ,their courtesy and the fact that they are really nice guys (very focused and wanting to make sure that the job was done right) and putting us at ease through out the whole process. I think by this point that you understand how thoroughly impressed and delighted we are that we choose RCC to do this job. Thank you! It means so much to find such a dedicated and professional team who are so committed to looking after the job and customer at such high levels. The last thank you for a job very well done!!!!!!
