I am truly thankful for a company to exist that cares about its clients. Knight Plumbing and Heating is one such company and I believe their services are invaluable. I pay a monthly fee to receive the benefit of a free yearly inspection of my home's plumbing and heating needs. It amounts to around $300 a year, but for a reduction in service costs it provides peace of mind. Today, I had my annual furnace and hot water tank inspection - done by Geoff. He was professional, thorough and provided a wealth of knowledge when going over his inspection report. I am grateful that I had the chance to learn from his expertise and will be pursuing a replacement of my furnace due to his recommendation. I love Knight Plumbing & Heating's service. I had Geoff come by for my annual inspection which comes free as part of their Preffered Membership plan. Geoff was professional from start to finish and even suggested that while my furnace is close to the end of its expected life span, he couldn't find anything wrong with it - technicians are expected to do this - their services make companies money, but since there was nothing to do, he only made the recommendation to replace the furnace eventually.
