The trust was bestowed as our neighbor vouched that the company has been around for a decade. The cost is reasonable and they seem to know what they are doing. Overall, we are satisfied with the work they did. Only minor improvement they need is the communication amongst themselves, so that everyone (the site manager, the people doing the job, and us) is clear on the expectation and outcome. For example, the site manager and we had an understanding that the site will be cleaned for both of our neighbors, but one was not cleaned so the neighbor was unhappy. In the end, all worked out, but it could have been avoided.

If we were to look for a model small business owner, Baldwin would be it. Honest and hardworking team, who makes sure the customers are happy and satisfied. We didn't have any surprises, in terms of cost and the quality of work. We were referred to them through our co-worker. And we referred them to others. Baldwin's integrity and honesty advertises itself.
