I was having a problem with leaky eaves after gutter guards added to eaves-no response from installer. North shore came to my house and cleaned debris out for free. Recommended that if it continues to find a handyman to clean out debris because their minimum was too high to justify their doing it!! Very professional and ethical; would not hesitate to use them if I needed them.

I found this company through home depot originally for just a kitchen reno. After meeting with Mike I decided to do my bathroom reno too and a few other projects in my house. He and his crew were excellent; they could be relied upon to make critical decisions if I was unsure and I was very pleased with the outcome. I do not suggest contacting through home depot whom I found to be disorganized and difficult to deal with. I would, however, highly recommend M and M construction.

Very professional accommodating and thorough. The renovation had been very messy and dust had been raining down daily in my newly renovated home. After the duct guys had done their work it was as though the reno never happened. Courtesy follow up was much appreciated too; couldn't ask for a better service and would highly recommend.

Very prompt and professional service. I am very pleased with my new shutters, they are easy to use clean and compliment my decor. Would highly recommend to family and friends and would use again for other windows in the house

I was very dissatisfied with their work. Under tables was not cleaned at all and low but not high shelves were cleaned. They blamed the workmen who were finishing off a bathroom for dirt left in basement and second floor. Very unprofessional dealing with complaints. Could not in all conscience recommend them.

I sorry you are not happy with our service but it was out of our control. We would clean an area and a worker would start sanding a wall or drilling a hole after. There were three construction workers in the house causing a mess as we were trying to clean. You couldn't see what was happening as you were at work at the time. They had the run of the house and were working everywhere haphazardly. We couldn't keep up and left at 1PM as scheduled. The next customer really liked our work. If we had the place empty there is no way you would've found something missed. We are professionals and are too good at our jobs.
