Heat Pump broke down long before expected life
Heat pump broke down. Service individual, Alex and follow up with Mario we’re both excellent. My problem is my heat pump needed a $3,000 repair after being installed new by Thermo-Cool 5 or 6 years ago. Great service not so great equipment.

Sorry to hear that you had issues with your heat pump. We always try to install brands where the manufacturer has extended warranties to ensure overall customer satisfaction. However, when a unit is outside the 5-year warranty period it is difficult to claim the warranty. We understand your concerns, and we always offer the best pricing on our labour and warranty on the repair work.
