Since we moved to our new house, two years ago, we were experiencing ongoing problems with our furnace, until John and his team from Icare came to check it. It took John and his team almost 30 minutes to find all the problems, some of them were related to incorrect installation. They patiently explained to me the alternatives and the cost of each one and we decided to replace the furnace with a new one to get the rebate and to make some minor changes to the duct system. On the installation day, the team arrived as scheduled, were knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. At the end of the installation, John came to check everything and to make sure that everything has been done accurately. Great work, great price, and very nice people. Highly recommended!
