I followed Devix's Instagram for about a year, keeping an eye out for quality, design ideas, level of professionalism, etc., and read all their reviews on Google, HomeStars, and on their own website. Based on that (and also on how incredibly clean and well-ordered his warehouse was as seen on his IG photos and videos), I decided to take a chance on them to gut and completely re-do my kitchen. I also decided to take advantage of Devix's premium service and use Damon as my Project Manager. Great call on both counts. You can safely believe the reviews you see for Devix and Damon on the above sites. Everyone does their jobs professionally, installers and subcontractors work quickly, politely, and efficiently, and everyone cleaned up after themselves quite well. As my PM, Damon was also in charge of getting all the trade subcontractors lined up and scheduling them. He kept on top of things at all times, gave regular updates, organized the trades in only a matter of days whenever they were needed, and he followed up on everything before, during, and after the renovation. His response time was generally within hours to any calls or texts. Go with Devix Kitchens and Damon for your next kitchen re-do - you'll thank yourself (and them) for it. I've been using CoreTemp for over 10 years now, I think. Owner Richard and his trusty partner Erik have taken good care of my older furnace. A few years ago, they installed a Rinnai tankless water heater for me. They also just replaced my old furnace with a new high-efficiency model, as well as installing a new humidifier and air conditioner. (It was my request that they do all that work at the same time, since it would be more efficient. Richard does *not* push to up-sell people.) They work quickly, carefully, and they clean up after themselves beautifully. And, it being COVID-19 times, they used their masks and kept distance at all times. Richard also sterilized the bathroom, the staircase banister, and all door handles they touched on his way out - excellent attention to detail. Over the years, and as others have said, Richard has always been there when you need him. In my case, over the years, he has helped with heating failures after hours by FaceTime, he has followed up on the furnace situation when he was on holiday, and he has even arranged for substitute service people when he was out of the country. Richard is honest, he clearly cares about and takes pride in what he does, he makes sure you are educated about your choices, and he does not waste your money. You can't ask for more in a tradesperson. I recommend CoreTemp without reservation.

I used Lux's services for about three years. (No longer a customer.) I wanted an environmentally conscious company and, when I checked out Lux's own website and they seemed to meet that criteria.
