We enlisted DDR for a major renovation at our semi-detached home - demolition followed by installing bathrooms, hardwood flooring, kitchen countertops/backsplash, lights and painting throughout. Ioana was very proactive in setting a schedule and helping us pick the materials and finishes. The start date was delayed a couple of times, but some reasons were understandable. We had challenges with suppliers providing incorrect availability or giving our ordered materials (e.g. hardwood) to other clients, among other things. Ioana helped resolve these for us by providing alternative solutions. When it came to execution, Luis and his team were thorough in the installation. They were polite, friendly and their overall workmanship was good, although a few things needed adjustments after we reviewed the work. As well, some jobs could have been handled with better care, e.g. there were several paint spots on the floors, curtain rods and other items that needed to be cleaned or replaced, which could have been avoided if items/floors were properly covered. We also had issues with our countertops installation - incorrect measurements and installation resulted in significant delays impacting the timeline. However, Ioana helped navigate the situation and things were ultimately sorted. After the major work was done, there were a few items we were waiting on, that took nearly 2 months to deliver. We were overall satisfied with the job and the team's ability to accommodate the additional scope of work that came up prior to the start date. We also greatly appreciate the extras that the team threw in. The experience fell short of expectations due to several occurrences of not committing to delivering on a date or time. While some delays were understandable, there were cases (particularly after the major work was completed) where, if we weren't proactive in following up, the pending items would have likely dragged on for longer. In the end though, the place looks great. Thanks, Ioana, Luis and team.

Daniel came by and was able to adjust our dishwasher enclosure without requiring any major cabinetry updates. Stefano was an absolute pleasure to work with!
