Mark in Bolton

I had them do 13 fence posts and 6 footings. It looked like they'd done a good job when they left, although they didn't use the sonotubes I'd purchased and told them I wanted used. However later I found out that the concrete was mixed wrong and is so weak it crumbles by hand. The owner seemed apologetic and offered to do a full repair, but when it got down to details, I would be left with a crappy repair job and another mess to clean up after them. Instead of this he gave me a less-than-half refund.
