I decided to upgrade/update my partially finished basement, and while searching for a final estimate, I came upon Vince. NO REGRETS!! Vince and his team, which are an amazing group of gentlemen, were fantastic from start to finish. Budget was maintained and so was the schedule - even with a slight foundation issue that we encountered. Transparency, no BS and open communication is what I appreciated the most! Shout out to his crew: Joe, Josh, Dimitri, Kevin, and Adam. Cant forget his subcontractors Mark, Greg, Brandon, and Lance - sorry if I forgot anyone. I was seeing these guys daily while working from home :) And let me tell you how amazing the cleanup was! Every time they left, they took the time to wipe up the floor. BTW, when they say they will be there for 8am, be prepared for the doorbell to ring by 7:59:59am :) Would I be reaching out to Vince for a future reno? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend Vince and his team? 100% Again...thank-you Vince et al on the finished product.

In the middle of having my basement renovated, my contractor noticed a leak from one of the form tie holes in the foundation in the unfinished area. Thankful for my contractor for recommending Clarke Basement Systems! In order to keep the reno schedule on track, there was a sense of urgency in getting the sales rep/inspector in Chris came 7 business days after making the call. While that may seem long, the actual work was completed the following day!! I also appreciate how transparent Chris was during our discussion. Big thanks to Dustin and Connor for identifying an additional leak and getting the work done quickly so that the renovation wasnt impacted.

Kurt and his team did such a great job with my back patio 5 years ago, there was only 1 company I wanted to complete my walkway and drivewayand they did not disappoint! The team for the walkway and the team for the driveway were polite and respectful. Cleanup was fantastic as well! It was a pleasure to talk with all of them and work with Kurt. Looking forward to the next project!

Working with Alex from the start was awesome. I go with my gut feeling when selecting contractors, and Alex did not disappoint! Very happy with the new/replaced porch enclosure, and the colour works amazingly well with the new eavestrough! A big thank you to Konstantin and team who came to do the installation! Absolutely satisfied with the work and politeness of this team.

While there was a breakdown in communication between the office and myself, that doesn't take away from the work that was completed - which this review is based on. The onsite team were very pleasant, and respected my property. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, and love the recommended colour.

Tom and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. When reaching out for a quote, Tom was punctual and flexible. Will also have to add that he has a pleasant disposition, that my gut feeling was to go with him. His pricing was also comparable to others. Considering the demand for construction/reno/repairs is high, I did expect the roofing to be done within 5 weeks. Literally, it was done 12 days from signing the contract!! Speedy service!! From the start of the job, they team were on time, respected my property, and cleaned up so well at the end that you would not have thought that any roofing work was done; which by the way took about 4hrs to complete. I’m loving the look of the new shingles too!! Top notch service, and I’ve already recommended this company to others ;)

I was referred to Jerry by my neighbour, and I have no regrets. Jerry and his crew were great. In this busy climate, everyone was punctual, and made every effort to ensure that everything was cleaned up (inside and out) after. I only had 1 installed in an already finished basement, but plan on getting a second one done.

Out with the old deck and in with the interlocking patio! Kurt and his team were awesome to work with. When I described to Kurt my “vision”, he helped with bringing it to light; including a gas fire pit that I never originally thought of and have no regrets in adding. Putting aside a pushed out start date due to Mother Nature, his team had the work completed in less than the estimated time . Needless to say, we’ve been enjoying our patio and fire pit more over the past 2 weeks than we would have with the former deck. Would I look to work with Kurt again? ABSOLUTELY!! Already have plans in mind for additional outdoor reno. NB: I should also add that the clean up job after was amazing!

I reached out to Autograph after visiting the Garaga booth at the Fall Home Show. My intention was to replace the old “lift” garage door that came with the house. Dan came by to measure and provide me samples geared to what I was looking for. 6 weeks later, the door was installed. The 2 gentlemen who completed the installation were great and left the garage spotless. I must add that the office staff are awesome!

The review is LONG overdue as the work was completed in November 2016. I contacted Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to obtain an estimate for windows and front door on my main floor. Alex came by a few of days after and walked me through the options that were available for what I was loking for. He was very accommodating, as I reached out to him a couple of times to change the original order (ie. exterior colour and glass size). 5 weeks later, my door and windows were installed in 1 day. I’m very happy with the selection and it was great working with Alex.

My house was built in 1983, and we’ve been living in it for the past 11 years. Needless to say, popcorn ceiling was part of the design, which I’m not a fan of - however, it wasn’t a deal-breaker when purchasing it. So I decided to reach out to Louis to obtain a quote to not only remove the popcorn ceiling from the first floor….I’m doing 1 floor at a time…but also to put in crown moulding. Louis came by on September 8 to assess and provide the quote; I also included as part of the quote for the walls and baseboard to be painted. The work commenced October 6. Julian and Nick did a great job with removing the popcorn. All I can say is that if I had known the amount of dust was a result of the process, I would have moved out for the 3 days it took to complete the job. Regardless, I LOVE the look of my new ceiling and crown. Mike came in later to complete the painting of the walls and baseboard - 2 days to complete. Louis and his team have great personalities, were prompt and ensured that they cleaned up after themselves. When I decide to do the next floor, I’ll definitely be calling upon Louis and his team to complete it. AND make sure that I’m out of the house too ;-) The picture below is of the NB: Forgot to mention, that then actual cost came in at the quoted amount.

Great service and very thorough in explaining what was being done!! Got a quote Thursday night. Spoke to the rep Friday and they performed the service on Saturday. I was told that it would be between 8am and 12pm (noon). The doorbell rang at 7:56am!! Was not expecting them to be on time. It did take approx the 2 hrs that the rep quoted. And in the winter, 2 hrs with the door open and no heat on in the house was long :(. Regardless, the air seems to be cleaner. I have sinus issues so let's just see what my sinuses say over the next few days/weeks. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
