We made a few phone inquiries regarding window replacement. We got three quotes and talked about replacement details that may damage my current renovation with different companies. Though the other quotes are cheaper, I still decided to use Long Life Windows after comparing frame structures, warranty and minimal impact with my current renovations. In our decision making process, we went to Long Life Show Room at Boundary. Paul Sanders showed us the products and answered our questions in detail. He was very nice and patient in help us adjust windows styles before send it to factory. Barnard and Team installed all material quickly and professionally with very well finishing touches. One thing I’d like to emphases here is Long Life Windows excellent warranty service. There was a little bit scratch on glass of kitchen window. After I reported, it got replaced immediately. We feel quieter and confortable than my old windows. It keeps our home cooler in summer time too. I would call them again when we need. I would recommend to other customers.
